Remember this corporate commissioned piece? Rebirth, was the first piece for Canada’s new national stock exchange – NEO Exchange. It’s currently in the reception area of their office, Downtown Toronto.

It was my first time at The Artist Project. I had an incredible time and it was an amazing experience. I had so much fun – it was great meeting the other artists, networking, having some good conversations and sharing my story as an artist. I sold a total of 8 pieces during this 4 day show with lots of follow up on commissioned pieces. I can’t wait for The Artist Project 2017! Thank you to everyone for their support.

I’m so thrilled and humbled to announce that I’m the Resident Artist for the NEO Exchange – Canada’s new national stock exchange. I am extremely excited by this immense opportunity. My role as Resident Artist aligns with NEO’s culture of doing things differently. For every company becoming public, I have the task to create a large piece of abstract art for that company. The artwork is unveiled at the ‘ringing of the bell induction’. I embrace the challenge to provide each company with artwork which vibrantly translates their unique story, achievements and vision unto canvas.

“Rebirth, 2015”, was my first piece. “NEO’s signature approach to the market as a disruptive force based on principles of fairness and transparency reveals itself in a vortex of positive chaos. Its bold and vibrant presence extending its positive influence to everything it touches”.

It made my day to receive this image from a recent client!

It was such a fun process to translate unto canvas a conversation with what the client wanted for their space. Capturing movement and a sense of achievement in a calm but yet memorable way, in moments of time. I’m so happy they love it! Please contact me if you would like a commissioned piece for your space.
